About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 264 terminal in Ennis, TX. This role focuses on regional routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will operate modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

A significant part of this position involves tarping loads approximately 70% of the time. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation. You will be supported by a 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure your truck is always safe to hit the road.

We also believe in supporting your transition into the role. Our transition package invests in you, offering $1,800 total, with $1,000 specifically allotted for orientation during your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Hiring Process and Application

To join our team, applicants must meet specific safety and experience standards, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years or older, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. Additionally, all flatbed candidates must pass the physical tarping test.
