System Transport has been hauling what builds America since 1972. We combine the resources of a large company with the personal feel of a small one, serving as a home for drivers who want to keep the country running. Our mission is to transport critical goods and materials—including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals—across the western region of America. We are proud to be "America Proud, Flatbed Strong."
As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver for Division 200 based in Spokane, WA, you will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes transporting essential industrial materials. This role is designed for experienced drivers who thrive on the road and take pride in their equipment. You will drive meticulously maintained, modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.
Your day-to-day involves securing loads, often tarping approximately 70% of them, and navigating the western region. We offer a supportive environment with 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure your truck is always safe and ready. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, built by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.
To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. We also require a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result.
We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support you during your first two weeks of orientation. Interested candidates should call 1-866-725-5083 to speak with a recruiter about route options and the pay package. Applications are accepted until the deadline of 5/31/2026.
Your safety is paramount to us. We ensure every tractor is maintained to the highest standards before it hits the road. Beyond safety, we foster a culture of fairness and opportunity. System Transport is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fair pay and equal opportunity for all employees. We offer a supportive home time schedule (3 weeks out, 3 days off for Division 200) and a rider policy allowing guests aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.
