About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). In this role, you will transport critical building materials and specialty metals across the western region of America. The position offers a schedule designed for work-life balance, with most weekends off and a 34-hour reset period.
While we typically require experienced drivers, we are currently accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. This special initiative allows qualified new drivers to start their careers with us, supported by a transition package that includes orientation pay to help you focus on driving while we handle the rest.

You will drive a fleet of modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technology, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. If a truck requires repairs, it will not return to service until it is 100% safe.
We support our drivers with a 24/7/365 road service network and an award-winning driver portal app. This tool provides real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and direct communication with support staff, ensuring you are never alone on the road.
