About the Role

As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver, you will operate in the western region of America, primarily out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo on regional routes. This role is designed for drivers who want to be "America Proud, Flatbed Strong."

The position offers a schedule that allows for most weekends off, featuring a 34-hour reset. While the role involves physical demands, such as tarping loads (approximately 70% of loads) which requires lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform, the company ensures your safety and comfort through its fleet and support systems.

You will drive the newest flatbed trucks, which are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe.

We support our drivers with a 24/7/365 road service network and an award-winning driver portal app. This app provides real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and direct communication with support staff. Additionally, we offer a transition package to help you settle in, including orientation pay to focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Hiring Process and Application

We are currently accepting applications from experienced CDL-A drivers as well as recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. To apply, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and meet standard hiring requirements, including a clean background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse result. A safe driving record is essential, with a limit of no more than six jobs in the last three years.
