About the Role

As a CDL-A Dedicated Flatbed Regional Driver, you will operate on regional routes in the western region of America. This role involves transporting critical building materials and requires physical capability to handle flatbed-specific tasks, such as lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform. Drivers will spend 2-3 weeks on the road followed by 2-3 days at home, with specific home time varying by division.

We prioritize your safety and comfort by providing the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our maintenance standards are rigorous; trucks are meticulously maintained and will not leave the shop until they are 100% ready for the road. Additionally, our award-winning Driver Portal app offers 24/7 support, real-time updates, and access to pay and trip data.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates must meet specific qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. A background check, clean drug test, and clean Clearinghouse result are required. All flatbed drivers must also pass a physical test for tarping during orientation.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support your move. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks.
