About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo across the western region of America. This role offers a schedule designed for work-life balance, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset.

Our fleet consists of modern flatbed trucks meticulously maintained for your safety and comfort. Every tractor is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. We ensure that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road.

For those new to the industry, we are offering a special opportunity through May 31, 2026. Recent CDL-A graduates may apply to start their driving career with us, receiving training and support to transition into the role. Regardless of experience level, flatbed drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as tarping approximately 70% of our loads is a core part of the job.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and maintain a safe driving record. The hiring process includes a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. We also require that candidates have no more than six jobs in the last three years.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 transition package. This includes $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
