About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). In this role, you will be responsible for transporting critical materials that support American infrastructure. The position offers a 34-hour reset, allowing you to be off most weekends.
While this role is designed for experienced drivers, we are currently accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Qualified new graduates may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period. Drivers will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our fleet is meticulously maintained, and if a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe.

We provide 24/7/365 road service support and utilize an award-winning driver portal app that allows you to access real-time updates, pay information, trip data, and contact support directly from your device. Additionally, we offer a transition package to support you when changing jobs, including orientation pay to help you focus on driving while we handle the rest.
Hiring Process and Application
To join our team, applicants must meet specific hiring qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and maintaining a safe driving record. All candidates must pass a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. For flatbed opportunities, drivers must also be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.
