About the Role
As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver for Division 290 based in Kansas City, MO, you will operate on regional routes across the western region of America. This role is designed for drivers who want to be "America Proud, Flatbed Strong." You will be responsible for transporting critical industrial materials, requiring you to be physically capable of tarping loads approximately 70% of the time.
We offer a modern fleet of meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe. Drivers also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, providing real-time trip data, pay access, and direct communication with support staff.
Hiring Process & Application
We are currently accepting applications from experienced drivers as well as recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and maintain a safe driving record. All applicants must pass a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, flatbed drivers must pass a physical test demonstrating the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.
