About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will be transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. This opportunity is based out of the Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290).
Our commitment to your safety is paramount. When you drive for System Transport, you will drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety. Our modern trucks are meticulously maintained; every tractor features lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck needs repairs, it does not go out until it is 100% ready to hit the road again safely.
We also offer a driver portal with an award-winning app made for drivers by drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and 24/7/365 road service support.
A Special Opportunity for New Drivers
No experience? No problem! For a limited time through May 31, 2026, we are accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates. Qualified applicants with a valid CDL-A license may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period. Applicants must still meet all other standard hiring requirements.
Our Culture and Policies
We offer a transition package to invest in you, including orientation pay to help you focus on driving while we take care of the rest. Regarding our policies, System Transport does not allow pets. However, we do allow riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.
