About the Role

As a CDL-A Flatbed Regional Driver on our Southern Route, you will operate Division 245 equipment out of our Phoenix, AZ terminal. This role is designed for experienced drivers who want to transport critical infrastructure materials across the western region of America. You will be responsible for hauling loads that require tarping approximately 70% of the time, which involves physically lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform.

We prioritize your safety and comfort by providing the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technology, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Every tractor is meticulously maintained to ensure it is 100% ready for the road before you drive it. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal, an app built by drivers for drivers that offers real-time updates, pay access, and 24/7 support.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years or older, and maintaining a safe driving record with no more than six jobs in the last three years. All candidates must pass a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. Additionally, flatbed drivers must demonstrate the physical ability to lift the required tarp during orientation.

We understand that changing jobs is difficult, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to support you during your first two weeks of orientation.
