System Transport has been hauling what builds America since 1972. We combine the resources of a large company with the personal feel of a small one, keeping the country running with dedicated drivers behind the wheel. Our mission is to transport critical goods and materials—including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals—across the western region of America.
As a CDL-A Flatbed Driver with Division 200, you will operate over-the-road (OTR) routes out of our Spokane, WA terminal. This role is designed for experienced drivers who want to be part of a team that values safety and reliability. You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.
We provide a modern fleet of meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service staff ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe. Additionally, our award-winning Driver Portal app offers real-time updates, pay access, and direct communication with support teams.
To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and a clean drug test and clearinghouse result. We also require a background check and a minimum of 4 months of driving experience. To support new hires, we offer a $1,800 transition package, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
Interested candidates should call 1-866-725-5083 to speak with a recruiter about route options, pay packages, and the application process. Applications are accepted until May 31, 2026.
At System Transport, your safety is paramount. We are committed to fair pay and equal opportunity for all employees. We foster a culture where drivers are supported by a dedicated team, offering access to a Driver Portal for 24/7 support and resources. While we do not allow pets, we do permit riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving. Join us to become "America Proud, Flatbed Strong."
