About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Every tractor is meticulously maintained to ensure it is 100% ready for the road before you get behind the wheel.

This role offers a unique opportunity to become "America Proud, Flatbed Strong." You will be responsible for transporting heavy loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation. The position offers a 34-hour reset, allowing you to be off most weekends.

A Special Opportunity for New Drivers

For a limited time through May 31, 2026, we are accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates. If you possess a valid CDL-A license and meet our standard hiring requirements, you may have the opportunity to receive training and start your driving career with us. We believe in investing in our drivers, offering a $1,800 transition package that includes $1,000 for orientation to help you focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Your safety is paramount to us. We provide 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to ensure any necessary repairs are completed before a truck returns to service. Additionally, our award-winning Driver Portal app, built by drivers for drivers, offers real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and direct communication with support staff.
