About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western region of America, based out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will operate modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

This role offers a unique opportunity to become "America Proud, Flatbed Strong." You will be responsible for transporting heavy loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.

For a limited time through May 31, 2026, we are also accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates. Qualified new drivers can join our team, receive training, and start their driving career with us during this special period.

Your safety is paramount to us. If a truck needs repairs, it will not go out until it is 100% ready to hit the road again safely. We provide 24/7/365 road service staff and shops to support you on the road.

We also prioritize your well-being with our award-winning Driver Portal app, built by drivers for drivers. This tool provides real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and direct communication with support staff. Additionally, our transition package invests in you, offering $1,800 to support your move, with $1,000 specifically allotted for orientation pay during your first two weeks.

Hiring Process and Application

To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and maintain a safe driving record. Applicants must also pass a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. While 4+ months of driving experience is required, we are currently waiving this for recent graduates through our special offer.
