About the Role

As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver for Division 290 based in Kansas City, MO, you will operate flatbed trucks on regional routes across the western region of America. This role is designed for those who want to be "America Proud, Flatbed Strong." You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo, which includes tarping approximately 70% of loads. Drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.

Our fleet consists of the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Every tractor is meticulously maintained; if a truck needs repairs, it will not go out until it is 100% ready to hit the road again safely.

Day in the Life

You will enjoy a schedule that offers home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. While home time can vary by division, this specific opportunity focuses on a consistent regional rhythm. You will have access to our award-winning Driver Portal, an app made for drivers by drivers, providing real-time updates, trip data, pay access, and 24/7/365 road service support. Whether you are navigating a route or managing your schedule, our support team is available around the clock.

Hiring Process & Application

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package to invest in you, including $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks. We are currently accepting applications from experienced drivers as well as recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Qualified applicants with a valid CDL-A license may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period.
