About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting critical materials across the western region of America. This role offers a schedule designed for work-life balance, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset.

While we typically require experienced drivers, we are currently accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Qualified new graduates may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period. Drivers will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. All tractors are meticulously maintained to ensure they are 100% ready for the road.

We provide 24/7/365 road service support and utilize an award-winning driver portal app that allows you to access real-time updates, pay information, trip data, and contact support directly from your phone. Additionally, we offer a transition package to support you during your first two weeks of orientation, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Hiring Process and Application

To join our team, applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and meet specific hiring requirements including a clean driving record, background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result. For flatbed positions, drivers must also be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, as tarping is required for approximately 70% of our loads.
