About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Division 200 team based in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will operate OTR (Over-The-Road) routes across the western region of America. As a flatbed driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo, which includes tarping approximately 70% of loads. This requires the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a task tested during orientation.

You will drive a fleet of modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our commitment to your safety ensures that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal, an app designed by drivers for drivers to manage pay, trip data, and communication 24/7.

Life on the Road

This opportunity offers a specific home time schedule of 3 weeks out followed by 3 days off. While home time can vary by division, this position is structured for Division 200. We support your journey with a transition package that includes orientation pay, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest. Additionally, our pet policy does not allow pets, but we do permit riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record. We require no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years, a minimum of 4 months of driving experience, and successful completion of a background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result.
