About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for our Division 265 terminal in Ennis, TX. This role involves OTR (Over-The-Road) routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will operate modern flatbed trucks that are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices.

A key aspect of this position is the physical nature of flatbed hauling; drivers will be responsible for tarping approximately 70% of loads, which requires the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform. You will have access to a 24/7/365 road service network and an award-winning driver portal app for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. The hiring process includes an orientation period where physical requirements are tested.

System Transport offers a $1,800 transition package to support new hires, with $1,000 allocated for the first two weeks of orientation.
