About the Role
As a CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver for Division 290 based in Kansas City, MO, you will be the backbone of our western region operations. You will drive regional routes, enjoying home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. This role is designed for drivers who want to be part of a solid company that values their time and family.
We understand that changing jobs is never easy. That is why we offer a transition package that invests in you, including orientation pay for your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we handle the rest. You will drive the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technologies for your comfort and safety, including lane departure warnings, forward-collision warning systems, and hard brake monitoring. Our trucks are meticulously maintained, and our 24/7/365 road service ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not go out until it is 100% ready to hit the road again safely.

How to Apply
We are currently accepting applications from experienced CDL-A drivers as well as recent CDL-A graduates (through May 31, 2026). To join our team, you must meet standard hiring requirements, including a valid Class A CDL, being 21 years of age or older, and maintaining a safe driving record. For flatbed opportunities, drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement we test during orientation.
