About the Role

As a CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver for Division 290 based in Kansas City, MO, you will operate on regional routes across the western region of America. This role is designed for drivers who want to be part of a team that values safety and reliability. You will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized loads, which includes tarping approximately 70% of our loads; drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform.

We offer a modern fleet of meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our 24/7/365 road service staff ensures that if a truck needs repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe. Drivers also have access to an award-winning driver portal app for real-time updates, pay access, and trip data.

Hiring Process & Application

We are currently accepting applications from experienced CDL-A drivers as well as recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Qualified applicants with a valid CDL-A license may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period.
