About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for our Western region, specifically within Division 272 based out of the Denver, CO terminal. As a regional driver, you will operate modern flatbed equipment, tarping approximately 70% of loads. This role is designed for those who value consistent home time, with drivers typically returning home for the weekends.

Your day-to-day involves transporting critical materials across regional routes. We prioritize your safety and comfort by providing the newest flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge technology, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Every tractor is meticulously maintained; if a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe for you to drive.

Our Commitment to Drivers

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package. This includes $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest. We also provide 24/7/365 road service support and an award-winning driver portal app that offers real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and direct communication with support staff.

How to Apply

To join our team, you must meet specific hiring qualifications, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and having a safe driving record. Candidates must have at least 4 months of driving experience, no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years, and pass a background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result. Additionally, flatbed drivers must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement tested during orientation.
