About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Denver, CO terminal (Division 272). In this role, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo across the western region of America. A key aspect of this position is the physical nature of flatbed hauling; drivers are expected to tarp approximately 70% of loads, which requires the physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice.

You will drive a fleet of modern, meticulously maintained flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. Our commitment to safety ensures that no truck leaves the shop until it is 100% ready for the road. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal, an app built by drivers for drivers, providing real-time updates, pay access, trip data, and 24/7 support.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. We require a safe driving record, no more than six jobs in the last three years, and at least four months of driving experience. All candidates must pass a background check and demonstrate the physical capability required for flatbed operations.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy, which is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package. This includes $1,000 allocated for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle the rest.
