About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting heavy and specialized cargo across the western region of America. This role offers a schedule designed for work-life balance, with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset.

While we typically require experienced drivers, we are currently accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Qualified new graduates may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period. Drivers will operate modern flatbed trucks equipped with cutting-edge safety technologies, including lane departure warnings, forward collision systems, and satellite communication devices. Our fleet is meticulously maintained, and if a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe.

We also offer a transition package to support you when changing jobs, including orientation pay to help you focus on driving while we handle the rest.

Hiring Process and Application

To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a safe driving record. All applicants must pass a background check, a clean drug test, and a clean Clearinghouse result. For flatbed positions, drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice; this requirement will be tested during orientation.
