About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes out of our Kansas City, MO terminal (Division 290). As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting essential industrial materials across the western region of America. This role offers a 34-hour reset, allowing you to be off most weekends.

Your safety is paramount to us. You will operate the newest flatbed trucks, which are meticulously maintained and equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including lane departure and forward collision warning systems, hard brake monitoring, and satellite communication devices. If a truck requires repairs, it will not return to the road until it is 100% safe. You will also have access to our award-winning Driver Portal app, providing 24/7 support, real-time trip data, and direct access to your pay and schedule.

A Note on Experience: While we prioritize experienced drivers, we are currently accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Qualified new graduates may have the opportunity to receive training and start their driving career with us during this special period.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, you must meet specific hiring qualifications, including a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and maintaining a safe driving record. All flatbed drivers must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice, a requirement we test during orientation as flatbed drivers tarp approximately 70% of our loads.

We understand that changing jobs is never easy. That is why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package, with $1,000 allotted for orientation during your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we handle the rest.
