About the Role
The Operations Manager serves as the heartbeat of our gym, responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless experience for every member. This role exists to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and the motivating atmosphere that defines our culture. You will be the face of the club, fostering a welcoming environment where members feel supported in their fitness journeys.
In this position, you will manage staff, handle facility maintenance, and drive membership growth. It is a dynamic role for someone with a passion for fitness who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking while maintaining a positive and motivating energy for both the team and our community.
