As an Airport Customer Service Agent Supervisor in Lihue, you will lead a team of agents while delivering exceptional customer service to passengers across all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. You will be the face of Unifi, guiding travelers through a friendly welcome and ensuring a smooth journey from arrival to departure.
Your day will involve managing the check-in process, resolving complaints, and directing passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine. You will also coordinate closely with ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are handled correctly. Beyond customer interaction, you will foster a safe working environment by monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and safety procedures. You are expected to report any safety or security incidents immediately, upholding our Fair and Just Culture Policy.
