About the Role
This position offers 100% hospital-based coverage for inpatient neurosurgery, including admissions, ICU, and surgeries. You will manage an average of 12-17 patients per mid-level per day, serving a patient population that is 90% adult and 10% pediatric. The role requires coverage during nights and weekends, with shifts running Monday through Sunday (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am).
