About the Role

As a Dynamic Fitness Consultant, you will be the face of our club, ultimately responsible for providing the best experience for our current and future members. This role is purpose-driven; whether it's delivering a warm hello, maintaining a friendly uniform, ensuring items are stocked and ready, or keeping the gym clean and safe, your work has a direct impact on the member experience.

You will function within the Member Experience team to deliver a positive, educational, and supportive environment that upholds the core values of the Dynamic Fitness brand. You will engage guests with warm greetings, provide accurate information and direction, and support membership enrollment processes including guest registration, tours, freezes, and cancellations. Additionally, you will help maintain gym cleanliness and organization, manage inventory, and report on facilities and equipment as needed.
