As a Sprinkler Install Technician, you will independently perform the installation of fire sprinkler systems. This role is designed for a professional with demonstrated technical competency who can complete standard jobs without direct supervision, often operating at a Journeyman level. You will be the key figure ensuring that all installations comply with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.
Your day-to-day involves interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide installation projects. You will utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute tasks accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Effective communication with customers and internal team members is essential, as is the ability to support and assist entry-level technicians and apprentices as needed. You will travel to various commercial, industrial, and construction job sites, working in diverse environments that may include heights and confined spaces.
Candidates with a strong understanding of fire sprinkler system installation practices and relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply. Please note that a clean driving record and an active driver's license are required if the role involves driving.
