About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fire Protection Superintendent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations for the new construction fire protection field trade, serving as a vital link between design, budget, and on-site execution.
You will provide guidance, supervision, and direction to a team of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices/helpers. Your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with management, staff, customers, and vendors to ensure a positive work environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, job quality, and customer satisfaction. As a leader, you will oversee the entire fire protection field construction effort, ensuring projects are built in accordance with design specifications, budget constraints, and schedules.

- check_circleEnsure safety protocols and incident reporting procedures are followed by all field personnel
- check_circleConduct interviews, hiring, training, and performance appraisals for fire protection employees
Requirements
- verified6+ years commercial fire protection supervision
- verified10+ years hands-on fire protection trade work or equivalent vocational training
- verifiedClean driving record
- verifiedHS diploma or GED equivalent
- verifiedOSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred
- verifiedFire protection Master's License (DPOR) preferred
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 certification, First Aid/CPR certification, Fire protection Master's License (DPOR), prior military experience, HS diploma or GED equivalent.
