About the Role
Genesis10 is seeking a Fircosoft Application Specialist at the Vice President level to support a major banking client in Charlotte, NC. This direct placement role operates within the Compliance Technology division, focusing on the critical Fircosoft Sanctions screening systems. These systems are mission-critical, ensuring the bank meets all risk, legal, and regulatory obligations regarding Sanctions Screening, Know Your Customer (KYKY), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
In this hybrid position, you will serve as the primary technical expert for Fircosoft filtering software, collaborating with business teams and support groups to address production issues, manage inquiries, update sanctions lists, and execute system upgrades. The role demands a strong tactical core where you will exercise independent judgment to resolve complex challenges, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and ensure the high degree of error-free reliability required for banking payments.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, requiring in-office presence a few days per week. You will work directly as a Genesis10 employee on a permanent placement basis, supporting a client that is part of the Fortune 100.
