About the Role
As a Systems Analyst Associate within the Technology Shared Services (TSS) team in Bossier City, LA, you will advance how our customers operate while building an impactful career in enterprise IT. You will join a driven and resourceful team focused on delivering optimized IT at the best value.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with FinOps practices while supporting two major service offerings: the Cloud Service Provider Subscriber Service (CSP SS) and the Cloud Management Tool (CMT). CSP SS provides operational support for reselling cloud services from major providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, and IBM. CMT delivers FinOps tooling to help optimize cloud usage and costs. You will collaborate with a team that supports cloud services, including acquisition, financial management, asset management, and optimization, ensuring solutions are aligned with business capability delivery.
