The Financial Specialist (Phone Sales) serves as the bridge between prospects and their future financial freedom. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position provides warm leads, meaning no cold calling is required. This allows you to focus entirely on building relationships, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our financial advisors.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a sales-driven, client-focused environment and seek a clear path to grow into a financial advisor within the next couple of years. You will collaborate closely with the advisory team to fill their calendars with high-quality meetings, directly contributing to the firm's growth while building the skills needed for long-term career progression.
