About the Role

As a Bilingual Digital Branch Sales (FSO), you play a pivotal role in delivering on our mission by building trust and creating meaningful relationships that directly improve our members' financial well-being. This position is not just about transactions; it is about spotting needs others miss and confidently recommending solutions that make a real difference.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, assisting members with opening new accounts, guiding them through consumer loan applications, and connecting them to specialized services like financial advisors and mortgage departments. You will work alongside a supportive team that values collaboration, ensuring every interaction leads to lasting loyalty and positive feedback. Success in this role is measured by your ability to deliver exceptional service, drive loan growth, and contribute to the credit union's expansion while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Hiring Process

Our selection process is designed to find the right fit for our team and typically takes about 21 days from application to hire. The timeline includes:

  1. Initial Application Screening: Completed within 2 business days of application.
  2. Phone Screening: Conducted within 2 business days of the initial screening.
  3. Profile Assessment: Administered within 3 business days of passing the phone screen.
  4. First Interview: Scheduled approximately 3-5 business days later, depending on applicant volume.
  5. Follow-up Interview: Conducted within 2 business days if required by the position.
