About the Role
We are seeking service-minded individuals to join our sales and customer service teams. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our union partners and their members, ensuring they receive the protection they need. Your day-to-day activities will involve inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and delivering presentations to union members requesting our benefits packages. You will also handle necessary paperwork, maintain quality control standards, and engage in leadership development opportunities.
