This role is designed for individuals who want to learn the inner workings of the stock market and the financial services industry. As an unlicensed Financial Services Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, using your customer service skills to engage them via incoming calls.
You will answer questions related to stock portfolios, assist with account-related requests such as money movement and trade requests, and follow up on outstanding items. This position is a launchpad for your career; Morgan Stanley will pay for your training to obtain your Series 7 & 63 Licenses. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with other groups to resolve issues and ensuring clients receive the support they need.

At least 2 years' experience working in a call center environment or within a financial institution. Experience articulating work in a team and highly collaborative environment. Previous experience meeting sales goals through full-time work or college internships. Extraordinary interpersonal skills, strong team orientation, and resiliency.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Administration, or equivalent experience.
