The Senior Financial Representative of the Wealth Advisors Group is a corporate employee advisor dedicated to providing investment solutions to mass affluent investors virtually and over the phone. You will partner with a competitive, team-based group focused on employee career development and delivering a best-in-class client experience.
In this role, you will help maintain a book of 120,000+ clients, examining their immediate and long-term investment needs to design solutions that meet their individual financial goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, speaking knowledgeably about core concepts such as education, tax, estate, insurance, and investment allocation. Your day will involve proactive outreach, deepening client relationships, and utilizing a consultative sales process to demonstrate the value of LPL's integrated platform.

Life & Health or CFP certification; excellent telephone service and relationship management skills; prior financial tele-sales, trading, or call center service experience; previous experience as a financial advisor or delivering advice and guidance to retail clients; strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment markets, and account types; excellent communication skills, active listening abilities, and strong business writing skills; entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment; high integrity, detail-oriented, and ability to evaluate and mitigate risk; proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications; ability to assist customers in a call center environment while accessing data via multiple PC lookup applications; excellent PC and data input skills.
