This position is designed to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, triaging client leads and making strategic referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds. The role involves meeting with clients to review their financial and investment goals, building robust financial plans, and recommending brokerage products that align with their objectives.
Success in this role requires a commitment to continuous learning, including completing required licenses and trainings to expand your knowledge. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in mitigating and controlling risk while identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Employees are required to register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Bi-lingual Spanish speaking. Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment. At least three years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Obtained insurance licenses.
