This position is dedicated to providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, building financial plans that incorporate brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities, alongside banking and money management solutions. Your day-to-day involves triaging client leads, meeting with clients to review their financial and investment objectives, and recommending strategies that align with their needs and asset thresholds.
Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele. You will also collaborate with internal service providers to ensure clients receive the right support and provide coaching to referral partners based on your knowledge of client needs. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, meaning all employees must register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing through background checks and ongoing compliance.
Bank of America is committed to an in-office culture with specific requirements for office-based attendance. Flexibility is provided based on role-specific considerations, but this role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays. The position is located in the United States and operates during the 1st shift.
