This position is dedicated to providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, building financial plans that incorporate brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities, alongside banking and money management solutions. Your day-to-day involves triaging client leads, meeting with clients to review their financial and investment goals, and recommending strategies that align with their needs and asset thresholds.
Success in this role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele, while also providing coaching to referral partners. You will work within a fast-paced environment, managing complexity and executing tasks efficiently to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

Candidates selected for this role must be subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. This includes submitting to a required background check and registration process. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Bi-lingual Spanish speaking. Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment. At least three years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Obtained insurance licenses.
