About the Role
The Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate serves as a critical extension of local branch management, focusing on the review and approval of incoming and outgoing money movement transactions. In this fast-paced environment, you will act as a guardian of client assets, ensuring every transaction adheres to firm and industry rules to prevent fraud and maintain strict compliance.
You will partner with the Regional Leader and Field Service Team Manager to resolve complex issues while processing requests. Success in this role requires a blend of critical thinking and effective communication, as you will work closely with Brokerage branch associates and communicate with Senior Management when necessary. Your day-to-day involves applying risk-approved policies, staying current on SEC/FINRA and Compliance regulations, and utilizing internal resources to resolve escalations efficiently.
