About the Role

The Investment Banking Associate will be a key member of an experienced team focused on healthcare companies, specifically within the medical devices and diagnostics vertical. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with CEOs, CFOs, and Board members, providing significant responsibility and a clear path for advancement. The successful candidate will serve as an integral team leader in client transactions, advising clients while managing internal investment banking and product teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing M&A and financing transactions, preparing marketing materials such as CIMs and management presentations, and conducting valuation analyses and financial modeling. The role requires a dynamic, meritocratic, and team-oriented environment where the Associate will manage multiple tasks while reviewing business plans and overseeing the due diligence process.

Hiring Process

Candidates with previous healthcare investment banking experience at the Associate level are encouraged to apply.
