V2X is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst (Junior) to provide financial management support to the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) MH-60R Program. Working under the guidance of senior financial analysts and program leadership, this position assists with budget tracking, financial analysis, funding execution, expenditure forecasting, and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) modifications.
This role provides developmental experience in Department of Defense financial management processes while supporting program execution and customer requirements. You will partner with PMA-299 Business Financial Managers and the V2X financial team to collect, analyze, and track case budget requirements. Your work will involve coordinating with program offices, contractors, and U.S. Government agencies to support the execution of program funding within Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Day-to-day, you will assist with monthly re-baselining of obligations and expenditure projections within the Australian Disbursement Tracker (DT), supporting variance analysis. You will also learn and support the use of financial databases, reporting systems, and financial management tools utilized by the program, while providing support for processing LOA amendments and modifications. Occasional travel, including air travel, may be required.
