About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a prominent client centrally located in the Irvine area, near the OC Airport, to find a Senior Financial Analyst. This role is designed to support a large matrix-style organization with multi-state and multi-site operations. The position offers an onsite work model within a great facility and reports directly to a Finance Manager.

The Role

In this position, you will serve as a key partner to business unit leaders, facilitating internal planning and reporting functions. Your primary focus will be managing the P&L for all revenue and operating expenses. You will be responsible for developing the annual budget, periodic forecasting, and preparing detailed budget schedules covering operating expenses, capital expenditures, sales, margin, profitability, and headcount.

A significant portion of your day will involve researching and reporting variance analysis and allocations. You will also drive data transparency by reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboard metrics, and leading ad hoc projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a tangible impact on financial strategy and process efficiency within a complex organizational structure.
