Billing Analyst

About the Role

As an AR Billing Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients and their financial health. In this onsite role based in Dublin, OH, you will manage past-due customer accounts, investigating outstanding balances and resolving complex billing discrepancies. Your work ensures that customer orders remain active by analyzing credit holds and facilitating timely resolutions.

You will spend your day communicating directly with customers to determine causes for non-payment, providing detailed updates on payment status, and utilizing tools like Excel to generate statements and analyze data. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, where you will research root causes of invoice issues, coordinate with internal teams, and escalate matters when clarification is needed.
