Finance Operations Director

About the Role

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Director of Finance Operations to lead financial strategy and execution within a complex operations environment. This role is designed to partner closely with operational leaders to drive efficiency, cost control, and informed decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

In this position, you will translate financial data into clear insights that support strategic business outcomes. You will own the monthly close, forecasting, and operational financial reporting while overseeing budgeting, variance analysis, and operational KPIs. The role requires guiding capital spending analysis, investment prioritization, and supporting sourcing and vendor management initiatives to drive continuous improvement and business results.
