About the Role
Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Director of Operational Finance to support financial strategy and execution within a complex operations environment. This role is designed to bridge the gap between financial rigor and operational reality, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive efficiency, cost control, and informed decision-making.
In this position, you will serve as a strategic partner to the manufacturing and supply chain teams. Your day-to-day involves translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that guide business performance. You will own the monthly close, forecasting, and operational financial reporting processes while overseeing budgeting, variance analysis, and key operational KPIs. Beyond traditional finance duties, you will actively support sourcing, vendor management, and cost-reduction initiatives, as well as guide capital spending analysis and investment prioritization to align financial and operational goals.
