Finance Manager, Global Finance Transformation

About the Role

You will be the driving force behind the automation of Global Compliance reporting, collaborating with accounting statutory and compliance teams alongside technical groups around the globe. Your mission is to deliver world-class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible, all while maintaining a strong customer focus. This position concentrates on orchestrating the automation of 4,000+ audit datasets supporting audits across 80+ countries and developing a centralized data-sharing strategy for 300+ datasets exchanged between Accounting and Tax.

As the primary liaison between Accounting, Tax, and external auditors (including EY), you will serve as the central hub for year-end financial audits, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of audit requirements. You will work with stakeholders to identify dependencies, develop comprehensive action plans, and mitigate delivery risks across Internal Accounting, Tax, and external audit teams.

A Day in the Life

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishing the opportunity to work with ambiguity, big data, and highly complex business contexts. Your day will involve leveraging AI-ML technologies, BlackLine, and advanced Excel capabilities to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into strategic recommendations for leadership. You will lead stakeholder communications on Local Statutory close status, triage issues during month-end close, and drive programs to completion across multiple organizations. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to a variety of technologies.
