Finance Manager

About the Role

As a Finance Manager within the Global Semiconductor finance organization, you will serve as a strategic partner to global business leaders and finance teams. Your mission is to deliver high-quality financial analysis and support that drives strategic decision-making across the organization. You will manage and oversee critical financial functions, including financial modeling, compensation planning, and reporting, while navigating complex GAAP issues and regulatory landscapes.

This role is designed for a leader who thrives on bridging the gap between technical accounting matters and business strategy. You will not only manage professional employees and supervisors but also cultivate a high-performing team by setting clear direction, resolving complex operational challenges, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic oversight and hands-on management. You will partner with business leaders at all levels to evaluate risk and exposure, recommending actionable solutions to ensure financial health. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to mentoring your team, providing technical guidance on functional responsibilities, and resolving employee concerns. You will act as a key resource for senior management, identifying potential risks and ensuring the team remains aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Work Environment

This position is based in Denver, Colorado, at the Panorama Arrow Building. We offer a hybrid work arrangement designed to balance collaboration and flexibility. The schedule requires office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with Mondays and Fridays designated for remote work.
