Martin Motorsports is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at Harley Davidson Louisville. In this role, you will be instrumental in producing additional revenue for the facility by selling finance and insurance products to new and used motorcycle customers. Success in this position requires a commitment to compliance with our information security program and a dedication to maintaining positive working relationships with all sources of finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEstablish and maintain relationships with finance and insurance product sources
- check_circleSubmit documentation to obtain approval for all finance transactions
- check_circleForward completed deals to the office in a timely manner
- check_circlePrepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold
- check_circleEstablish finance department forecasts to achieve desired penetration and income
- check_circleCollaborate with sales management to ensure 100-percent turnover to Finance & Insurance
- check_circleSecure reasonable profit from each transaction through sales management coordination
- check_circleVerify accuracy of title, lien, tax, and customer paperwork documents
- check_circleEnsure accuracy of customer information in dealership databases
- check_circleKeep sales management updated regarding rates and available products
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum two years dealership or financial sales experience
- verifiedCurrent valid driver's license
- verifiedAcquire licenses for selling insurance, if applicable
