Treasury and Insurance Accounting Manager

As part of our Global Accounting organization, we are seeking a highly motivated Treasury & Insurance Accounting Manager to lead critical financial reporting activities.

This role is designed to be a transformation-oriented partner within a highly cross-functional environment. You will work closely with Treasury, Insurance, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and external auditors to maintain a robust control environment, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, and drive process efficiency through systems and automation. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting judgment and a continuous improvement mindset, translating complex treasury and insurance activities into clear, well-documented accounting conclusions and disclosures.

In this position, you will own the monthly close and financial reporting for treasury and insurance areas, including hedge accounting, foreign exchange, investments, debt, and captive insurance arrangements. You will act as the primary accounting stakeholder in the development and optimization of our Treasury Management System, focusing on enhancing the functionality of Kyriba's Cash Accounting and Financial Accounting modules. Additionally, you will oversee SOX compliance, lead initiatives to automate and standardize processes, and provide insights into cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance.

This role is Hybrid-Eligible, allowing you to choose a designation of Hybrid (working remotely up to two days per week) or On-Site (working five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility).
